Issue Summary

Filtering based on Themes + Portfolio EPIC + Capability does not give us the correct results for Unassigned features in the Program Board

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Jira Align and select a Program from the dropdown menu at the top.
2. In the left panel, select a Program Increment and navigate to the Program Board.
3. Click on the "Extra Config" button at the top right and enable the toggle "Unassigned Features."
4. It will list the Features in the Unassigned Teams section
5. Go back to "Extra Configs" and apply the following filter:
   • Theme
   • Epic
   • Capabilities
6. Upon applying the filter, the Program Board also displays Features belonging to a different Capability, disregarding the applied Filter for Capability.

Expected Results

The filtered result should be based on the applied filter in the case of Unassigned Features.

Actual Results

For Unassigned features, the applied filters are not considered.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
