Issue Summary

Clicking on certain Training Simulation options results in an Invalid SSL certificate error (Error code 526). This affects multiple simulations including Program Increment Plan and Backlog Refinement.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the top right corner and click on the checklist icon.
2. Select Training Simulation from the dropdown.
3. Choose Program Increment Plan.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on Program Board.
5. A new browser tab will open showing the SSL certificate error.

Note: Similar behavior occurs when selecting Backlog Refinement and potentially other training simulations.

Expected Results

The selected training simulation should load in a new tab without any SSL or connection issues.

Actual Results

A new tab opens displaying the following error:
Error 526 - Invalid SSL Certificate
