User Problem

Currently, there's no way to enforce/track a checklist of requirements on the work item level for capabilities.

Suggested Solutions

Implement a per work item checklist system similar to the Checklists for Jira plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211562/checklists-for-jira-enterprise-by-herocoders?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

Current Workarounds

Process Flows with Exit Criteria can handle some of this request, but cannot be edited and doesn't have a process of checking off the individual elements. The Jira Align checklist functionality can be used as well, but isn't linked to specific work items and thus, won't display just on capabilities or interact with capability specific requirements.
