Summary

The current Goals form in Jira Align only includes a Description field, which can become too lengthy for effective display in screens and reports.

Enhancement

To address this, it would be beneficial to add a "Title" field. This field will act as the primary identifier for goals, similar to titles in other Agile Objects, and will be prominently displayed in grid views and the objective tree.

For existing Goals, the "Title" field can be initially populated with a limited number of characters from the Description field, ensuring a smooth transition and immediate improvement in goal visibility.
This enhancement will streamline the user interface, making it easier for users to identify and differentiate goals across various views. Thus, it will improve overall usability and user experience in Jira Align.

Also, this field should be available in the Enterprise Insights.
