Issue Summary

Features linked to Portfolio Epics in the Portfolio Room are not accurately represented. While the Portfolio Epic detail panel and the Program Room display the correct alert colors for progress, the Portfolio Room inaccurately shows all Features with green progress bars, even when they are in a "Late" state. This inconsistency leads to confusion and misinterpretation for users reviewing progress in the Portfolio Room.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Theme in Jira Align.
2. Create a Portfolio Epic and associate it with the previously created Theme.
3. Create a Feature under the Portfolio Epic.
4. Create a few Stories under the Feature and allocate effort points to the Stories.
5. Change the state of one Story to "Accepted".
6. Navigate to the Portfolio Room. Expand the created Portfolio Epic and observe the progress bar for the associated Feature
   1. The progress bar will display as green, even though the Feature is in a Late state. Hovering over the progress bar, however, will indicate the correct "Late" status in red.
7. Navigate to the Program Room. Expand the same Portfolio Epic and observe the progress bar for the associated Feature.
   1. The progress bar will correctly display as red, indicating the "Late" status.

Expected Results

The Portfolio Room should display a red progress bar for any Features under a Portfolio Epic that are in a "Late" state, aligning with the correct representation shown in the Program Room.

Actual Results

The Portfolio Room incorrectly displays a green progress bar for Features under a Portfolio Epic that are in a "Late" state. Hovering over the progress bar reveals the "Late" status in red, but this inconsistency causes confusion for users and customers reviewing progress in the Portfolio Room.
