Issue Summary

Currently under the Set bottom-up estimate for epics or features when the SWAG values are configured in T-Shirt sizes, the values are sorted correctly, from X-small to Large, however, when the values are shown in points, the order becomes random instead of 1-10 equivalently 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a portfolio from the Teams dropdown in the top navigation bar.
2. On the sidebar, select Epics in the list of options; the epics page displays.

To set the bottom-up estimate: 

1. On the epics page, select Bottom-Up Estimate from the More Actions menu on the toolbar (top-right of the page).
2. On the Set Bottom-Up Estimates page, select a program increment and a program.
3. Select the checkboxes of epics or stand-alone features that you want to set the estimate for or select the checkbox under Ranked Epics/Stand Alone Features to select all items.
4. Under Swag Estimate, set the estimate for each work item
5. Notice that the value points are presented in random order

Expected Results

As per the behavior with the T-Shit sizes, when using points, the order should be presented from the smaller to the bigger numbers

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
