Summary

When a work item does not have a Target Start or Target Completion date set, no progress bar displays on the roadmap.

he. Expected Behavior
A work item will show its display bar as trailing off for both Start and End dates inside of its selected PIs.

Actual Behavior

Work items with no Target Start or Target Completion will show up on the left side of the New Roadmap, but there is no progress bar displayed.
Only when adding a Start or Completion date will the bar start showing.
