Issue Summary

The Filter by Program Increment dropdown field is available to be displayed on capability Details panels, but it does not affect the functionality of editing a capability. This is a legacy field and hence requesting to be removed from the Details Panels Settings.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to Administration > Details Panels Settings
• Select a portfolio with capabilities enabled, and capability as the work item type.
• Notice the field Filter By Program Increment available to be toggled on/off

Expected Results

Filter by Program Increment does not exist.

Actual Results

Filter by Program Increment is present and can be toggled on to display.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
