Issue Summary

The filter applied based on the team gives an incorrect list of Features

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any Program from the top navigation menu
2. Select a program Increment, and go to the Program board
3. Add a team to any of the features(Note: make sure it does not have any Story associated)
4. From the left panel, go to Features, it will list down all the features belonging to that Program + program Increment combination
5. Click on "Apply Filters", add the filter for Team and use any of the teams that had the feature added in the above step
6. Even after the Feature had the Team added, it does not show in the Filter results

Expected Results

As the feature had the Team added via Program Board, it should be part of the Filter results when the filter is applied based on Teams.

Actual Results

When we apply a filter based on Teams, we do not get the expected results

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
