Summary:
The Program Room is extensively used to track and manage tasks, decisions, and accountability at the program level. However,  there is no way to associate these Actions to specific work items, such as Features or Epics. This lack of linkage makes it difficult to understand how Actions relate to or impact specific work items, reducing traceability and overall program management efficiency.

Proposed Solution:

• Introduce a new field or relationship in the Actions module that allows users to associate an Action with one or more work items, such as Features or Epics. and vice versa in work items.

• Maintain the existing ability to associate Actions with PIs and Program/Portfolio, while adding the new functionality.

• Ensure these links are visible in the Program Room Actions widget, so users can easily view and navigate between Actions and their associated work items.

• Allow Actions to have a due date.
