Issue Summary
Dependencies remain in committed status when the requesting team changes.
The dependency status should change to uncommitted when any changes are performed in the requesting/depends on team. However, we see an inconsistent behaviour.
Steps to Reproduce
- Created a dependency - Team Dependencies (linked to Features):
- Changed the Requesters team for the Committed dependency, the status changed back to Not Committed.
- When either the "Depends on" or "Requesting" team is changed, the Committed status is correctly reset to "No"
- Create a dependency - Program Dependencies (linked to Epics):
- Changing the "Depends on" program reset the committed status to "No".
- However, changing the "Requesting" program does not reset the Committed status, which remains unchanged.
Expected Results
- Dependency status remains in "Committed" status for Program Dependencies(linked to Epic)
Audit log for Team Dependency shows:

Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
