Summary

At present, the Persona field lacks the capability for mapping, which restricts the synchronization of user profiles between Jira and JA. This limitation affects users who primarily operate within Jira, making it challenging for them to report those profiles in JA.

Many users are active in Jira, while fewer utilize JA. Therefore, there is a strong desire for functionality that allows users to select personas within Jira work items, with the ability to sync this information back to the corresponding field in JA
