Issue Summary
Currently, in order to gain membership to a Solution, the user must be a member of an associated Portfolio or Program. This is inconsistent with membership to those respective levels and forces a Solution-level user to have more access than should be required.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable Solutions
- Create a Solution with a Portfolio and Program associated
- Open the Solution Team slideout > Members tab
- Members cannot be added manually, they can only be added by having membership in a related Program or Portfolio.
- Go to either Portfolio or Program teams> Members tab
- Users can be manually added to these
Expected Results
Team membership is controlled consistently across the board
Actual Results
Team membership for Solutions does not allow for manual adding of users.
Workaround
Adding a user to the Portfolio or Program associated with the Solution will add them to the Solution Team.
Note: System Roles will need to be adjusted to ensure the user only has access to the content they need to at either the Portfolio or Program level since membership to those teams grants additional access.
