Inaccurate Member Count and Loading Issue in Program Members List

XMLWordPrintable

      Issue Summary

When navigating to the Members section of a specific program within Jira Align, the list of members does not display all added members correctly. Specifically, when clicking on "Team Members" and scrolling down past 450 selected members, the "Shown" field inaccurately displays the number 44. Additionally, the list is unable to load more than 600 users.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Administration > Programs.
      2. Select a program and add more than 450 users under Members. Click on Team Members and save.
      3. Click on the Members tab, then Team Members. Scroll through the list.
      4. Observe that although over 450 members are selected, the "Shown" field incorrectly displays 44.
      5. Observe that when scrolling down, it can't load more than 600 users:

      Expected Results

      • The "Shown" field should accurately reflect the number of members currently displayed in the list, based on the user's interactions (e.g., scrolling).
      • The system should be able to load and display all members without limitation, even beyond 600 users.

      Actual Results

      • The "Shown" field inaccurately displays the number 44 instead of the correct count of members shown.
      • The system is unable to load more than 600 users, preventing the display of additional members.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
