Issue Summary
Currently, under the Risk Grid (Items > Risks), when no risks are related to the selected Program, the view states that there are no risks associated, however, the counter at the end of the page shows a number higher than zero, being it sometimes the total number os risks within the instance and some times a random amount
- This also affects views of Risks under Risks reports
- Different users will see different numbers in the counter
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisites
Have a Program/PI
- Create at least one risk and associate it with the existing Program
- Notice that after its creation, the Risk Grid page counter will show the correct number of created risks
- Delete all created risks, either one by one or mass delete them
- Notice that the item counter now shows a number higher than zero; however, the view states that there are no Risks related to the Program/PI
Expected Results
One no risks are associated to the Program/PI, the counter should show 0
Actual Results
The view states that there are no Risks associated although the item counter states to have items
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
