Issue Summary

Documentation does not report the steps to enable the API Token in Profile. 

Please document these steps in the official JA documentation, ensuring they are also reflected in the 'Help' section

Steps to Reproduce

Enabling the API Token

Here are the steps:

• Go in Admin
• Settings -> Platform
• Open the Security tab
• Select the value 'YES' for the "Enable Jira Align API tokens" field, see image
• Logout and login again in JA
