      User Problem

Program Increment (PI) Scope Change report - 'Features Removed...' section to be separated into two parts.

Currently, the section 'Features removed from the Program or Program Increment after it began' lists the features in the following order, and by request ID:

      1. Features deleted, cancelled or removed from the Program or Program Increment after it began (These could be features that were added to PI before PI start date and then later removed from the PI after PI start date)
      2. Not committed Features -> Features added to the PI after the PI start date, then deleted, cancelled or removed from the PI or program after it began(marked with a  Not Committed label)

Because of the above logic, the 'NOT COMMITTED' Features are always listed at the bottom of this 'Features Removed' section. This makes it looks like features are not listed in order by Feature ID in the 'Features Removed' section. This makes it hard to find items without having to search for each one individually in the browser, which is very time consuming if the list is long.

      The Enhancement Suggestion is to:

      • Separate the 'Features Removed' section "Features removed from the Program or Program Increment after it began" of the report into 2 separate parts to distinguish the current Features list logic from the Not Committed Features
      • Also request to put appropriate section headers and tooltips for each part above that clearly explain why features are listed in that section.

      Suggested Solutions

The 'Features removed' section needs to be split into two different sections, with appropriate titles and tooltips to make it clear what each section is for and why features are listed in that section.

      Current Workarounds

Currently the 'Features removed' section of the report shows Features labeled 'Not Committed' in the same single list together with other features as shown in the screenshot attached. This is confusing to users.
