Summary

When cancelling a Feature in Jira Align there is no intuitive message in child stories to reflect the parent is cancelled

The Feature will be moved to the cancelled bin and child stories will show up with a non intuitive message in Slide out panel if the Feature was assigned to a PI like the example in the screenshot attached.

Behavior

The behavior is slightly different if the Feature is cancelled in Jira Align or Jira

Jira

When cancelling a Feature in Jira not even the audit log for child stories will reflect as it does in Jira Align.

Jira Align

When cancelling a Feature in Jira Align the audit log for child stories at least reflect the parent was cancelled as per examples below:

Expected behavior

The Stories to have it tracked in Audit log even the cancellation is made from Jira and a intuitive message to show in the Slide out panel stating the parent is cancelled.
