Issue Summary
Admins are receiving Alert emails more frequently when Jira goes down.
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup Alert email settings to Yes in Jira Align
Expected Results
When Jira goes down, Admins should receive Alert emails every 60 minutes
Actual Results
Admins are receiving Alert e-mails every 1 minute
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
