Issue Summary

Filtering Custom Room by Portfolio shows no results when there are too many programs associated with the portfolio team being filtered.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new portfolio A
2. Create 15 programs and assign to portfolio A
3. Create some epics for portfolio A
4. Create a new portfolio B
5. Create 1 program and assign to portfolio B
6. Create some epics for portfolio B
7. Add the two portfolios to a Custom Room
8. Go to the Custom Room
9. Click Filters on the top right, select Team Level = Portfolios, select portfolio A, or select all the portfolios
10. Observe no items show for the filter

Expected Results

Results should filter and show.

Actual Results

The item list is completely empty.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
