Jira Align to have an ability to filter and list all the program level and team level dependencies that depend on a program and all the teams of the program

How to replicate:

• Create two Programs Program A and Program B
• Created three teams under Program A and Program B
• Create few program level dependencies with requestor as Program A and Depends on Program B
• Create few team level dependencies with requestor as team of Program A and depends on teams of Program B
• When we go to Program B > dependencies, dependencies the depend on program B does not appear - expected.
  • The way to filter is use global navigation > all items > dependencies and use the filter depends on > Program > "Program B".
  • This lists all the program level dependencies that depend on program B
  • however, it does not list all the team level dependencies that depends on Teams of Program B
  • The way to filter is use global navigation > all items > dependencies and use the filter depends on > team > "Team of Program B". This lists only team level dependencies
  • Only one team can be selected at a time from the dropdown filter for depends on team.
• Hence there is no way to filter and list all the program level and team level dependencies that depend on a program and all the teams of the program
