      1. Create two boards in Jira on the same Project
      2. Integrate both Boards to Jira Align
      3. Open the team slideouts and notice that the sprint prefix field on both teams is the key of their parent Jira Project
      4. Convert both teams from Agile to Kanban type
      5. Try to Convert Both teams back to Agile

      Users could convert a Kanban team to an agile team regardless of duplicate sprint prefixes. After the team conversion and the team becomes an Agile Team the user would have to update the sprint prefix field to be unique before being able to edit and save the work item again.

    • You are unable to convert the teams back to Agile because they have duplicate sprint prefixes and you can no longer edit the sprint prefix field as the team is Kanban so the field is hidden
