Issue Summary
In release 11.5.1.6, default images for profile pictures and roadmaps are not loading, displaying a broken icon instead. HAR file analysis indicates a 404 error, despite the images being correctly stored on the server.
No error message detected on the logs

Workaround
Replace the Icons/Pictures through the UI works as workaround.
