Viewing the PIP report can result in excessive API calls if a specific Portfolio contains many Themes and/or Programs.

      Issue Summary

      Both the old and new PIP reports utilize this API endpoint and make one call per program and one call per theme. Therefore, if there are multiple programs and/or themes within a given portfolio, this will lead to multiple calls for each.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have a Portfolio with many Themes and Programs
      2. Open a PIP report at the Portfolio level

      Expected Results

      The report will not cause excessive API calls

      Actual Results

      The report will cause excessive API calls

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
