Issue Summary

During the period between 11.6.0 and 11.7.0 where JIRAALIGN-7835 was active, when Dependencies were committed, the committed by date is recorded as NULL in Enterprise Insights.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create and commit a Dependency per https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Align-articles/Flow-of-Dependency-Management-in-Jira-Align/ba-p/1612693 in Jira Align before 11.7.0 release.

Expected Results

Committed by Date is populated in Enterprise with data entered when committing the dependency.

Actual Results

Committed by Date displays as null
