Issue Summary

After the 11.9 update release, the Enterprise Insights (EI) table export_dw.[dependency] has grown in millions of records

Steps to Reproduce

1. After 11.9 update release, check EI table export_dw.[dependency] and compare the same table in current_dw 

Expected Results

After the 11.9 update release, the Enterprise Insights table export_dw.[dependency] should not grow in millions of records

Actual Results

The EI table export_dw.[Dependency] view has well over million rows in it since the 11.9 upgrade.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
