Issue Summary
Features moved in the 'parking lot' disappear from the 'parking lot' after using the "Move to position" function and the Audit log is not updated, no entry stating "moved back to backlog"
The "Move to position" functionality remains unusable. If it is used, it mistakenly moves all the features from the 'parking lot' back to the backlog without recording an entry in the audit log that states "moved to backlog." As a result, the customer must manually search for the features that were moved back, which becomes challenging when the backlog contains hundreds or even thousands of features.
The drag and drop of a feature from backlog to parking lot is unpredictable, sometimes works other times it positions the feature in the middle of the backlog even when you think you arrived in the parking lot, and then you need to search where is gone. It is challenging to drag and drop a feature when there are hundreds of features in the backlog.
The "Move to position" feature wants to be used when we want to move a feature especially when there are hundreds or even thousands of features instead of loading all the features and a lot of feature in parking lot.
Steps to Reproduce
- Select a program with more than 100 features in the backlog
- Have feature_1,....feature_n in the parking lot
- Refresh the page (to reproduce the issue is important that the page does not load all the features in the backlog - pagination loads 100 features each time)
- In the backlog, select a feature_x on top, for example, and right-click and select the "Move to position" function to move the feature in the parking log
Result
- all the features (feature_1,....feature_n) in the parking lot are moved into the backlog, and only feature_x stays in the 'parking lot'
- all the features (feature_1,....feature_n) moved in the backlog don't have an entry in the Audit log saying "Moved to backlog"
Expected Results
feature_x is moved in the parking lot in the position selected and all the features (feature_1,....feature_n) in the parking will continue to stay in the parking lot.
Actual Results
- all the features (feature_1,....feature_n) in the parking lot are moved into the backlog, and only feature_x stays in the 'parking lot'
- all the features (feature_1,....feature_n) moved in the backlog don't have an entry in the Audit log saying "Moved to backlog"
Workaround
Use the "Move to parking lot" functionality to move feature to 'parking lot' seems working
