Summary

Currently, the Total Budget option under a given Theme will show the total budget across all PIs where work contributes to the selected Theme. Removing a PI from the Theme does not remove the PI from the Total Budget calculation if there are Epics still under that PI assigned to that Theme.

The Ask

Create an option to filter the Total Budget by selected PIs so the user can get a clearer breakdown of a specific PI's contribution to Theme Total Budget

Workaround

If Financials are fully implemented, this information can be pulled from the Portfolio Room > Financials view, but it does not sum up or show percentage contribution like Total Budget does.
