Description

As per the current Jira Align design, Description field is not mandatory and it cannot be set as required through Details Panels Settings. For Epic, Feature and Story, description field seems to be mandatory. The experience from customer's point of view is not consistent.

Request

Request is to have the Description field as a required field for Themes just like in Epics, Features and Stories so there is consistency during work item creation.
