Issue Summary

In the Story Grid (Items > Story), when you try to "Apply Filter" for Orphan = Yes or Misaligned = Yes, the result does not filter as expected. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA and go to Items > Story
2. List all Orphan and other Stories with parent work items
3. Click Apply Filter
4. Add the filter "Orphan = Yes"
5. Verify that the filter does not work and shows Stories with parent work items
6. Similarly, "Misaligned = Yes" does not filter as expected

Expected Results

Story grid Apply Filter > "Orphan = Yes" to filter orphan Stories

Actual Results

"Apply Filter" for Orphan = Yes or Misaligned = Yes, the result does not filter as the Stories. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
