The "Program Increment Estimate (MW)" fields in the Details tab of Initiatives (Epics) can become excessive when multiple Program Increments (PIs) are assigned, leading to unnecessary scrolling and a cluttered UI. A toggle option to show/hide these fields would improve usability and navigation.
Steps to Replicate:

1. Create multiple Program Increments (PIs).
2. Create a Theme and associate it with multiple PIs.
3. Create a Portfolio Epic (Initiative) and link it to the newly created Theme and PIs.
4. Navigate to the Details tab of the Initiative → Observe multiple "Program Increment Estimate (MW)" fields appear, making the page harder to navigate.
   

Requested Feature:

• Add a toggle option to collapse/expand the "Program Increment Estimate (MW)" fields.
• Improve navigation and reduce excessive scrolling.
