Issue Summary
User sees 'Error on server' message when clicking Capacity (capacity plan) sidebar menu under a Program layer. This happens in when there's no capacity plan information and the Read Only Capacity is enabled in user role.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Create/use a user role with "Portfolio > Track > Capacity > Read only = ON, Set Default = OFF"
- Create a new Portfolio
- Create a new Program under that Portfolio
- Create a program increment for future dates
- Go to the Program, select the program increment, click on Capacity
Expected Results
The page is loaded without error message.
Actual Results
"Error on server" message is displayed in the screen.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
