Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

When creating an Epic the fields Strategic Diver and the Investment Type are not recorded in the audit log despite configuring it as active and/or required

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Administration > Details Panels Settings and select a Portfolio and Epic as the level
2. Set the fields Strategic Diver and Investment Type to active and mark them as required, then click Save
3. From the Items dropdown, select Epics
4. The Epic grid opens, click on Add Epic
5. Complete all the required fields and click Save
6. Open the audit log and observe that the fields Strategic Diver and Investment Type were not recorded
7. Close the audit log and return to the Epic details. Make any changes to those fields and save them again
8. Open the audit log once more and notice that the update made on those items is now reflected in the audit log

Expected Results

All active and/or required fields should be recorded in the audit log

Actual Results

The fields Strategic Diver and the Investment Type are not recorded in the audit log until an update is made to them

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
