Backlog - Improve Visibility of Current Rank on Backlog Page

      Issue Summary

      Hi Product team.

      Currently when accessing any Backlog only a small and quick toaster that fades out in seconds shows the current Rank context of the view:

      Suggestion:

      The toaster is fine but I would like to suggest a fixed title on the top containing the current Rank Context (Portfolio rank,Portfolio-PI and so on) so the users can identify the exact view anytime not only on the loading.
