[JIRAALIGN-796] JIRA Connector: Feature's status doesn't get updated in JIRA when it gets updated in JA via promotion of the child story state

STR:
1. Create Feature in JA, sync it to JIRA, state of feature in JA and epic in JIRA should be 0 - pending
2. Create a story under epic in JIRA, let it sync to JA
3. Set the story in JIRA to In Progress state, wait until the sync runs
4. Validate if the feature in JA and epic in JIRA got the state promoted to In Progress

ER:
the feature in JA and epic in JIRA got the state promoted to In Progress

AR:
Feature in JA got the state In Progress, JIRA epic still has the state Pending
