Issue Summary

Clicking "Save and Close" on an external report saves but does not close the rollout of the opened external report.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a Program
2. Select "Reports" and "External reports" from the list.
3. Select "edit" on an available external report.
4. Make an edit to the report.
5. Click "Save and close".

Expected Results

External report is saved and roll out closes.

Actual Results

Report saves and displays "Updated successfully" flag but rollout does not close.

Workaround

After saving, you can click the X to close the rollout.
