      Issue Summary

The Features remain in the Backlog view in Jira Align after the work item is set as "Removed" on the ADO side if any change is made on the ADO side after the state change.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. From the Azure DevOps connector configuration, set the Feature to move it to the recycle bin when it is deleted
      2. Create a Feature on ADO with a Program Increment
      3. Wait for it to sync to Jira Align
      4. Set the work item to the "Removed" state on ADO
      5. Wait for the work item to be moved to the Recycle Bin. Confirm.
      6. Now update the Feature such as updating the description or any other change on the ADO side (keep the state as Removed)
      7. Wait for it to sync
      8. Check the Feature Grid and the Backlog view in Jira Align and verify that the removed Feature is still in the Backlog view.

      Expected Results

The removed Feature (from the ADO) should no longer exist in any view in Jira Align

      Actual Results

When any change is made after removing the feature from the ADO, the Feature is still visible in the Backlog view.

      Workaround

The only workaround is to go to the ADO side and change the Feature state to any other state rather than Resolved, such as In Progress. Wait for the sync and remove the work item from the ADO side again. (Make sure no more change is done after the workaround is applied on the ADO side)
