Issue Summary

Extra character "0" gets appended at the end of Custom Field label for Objective work item in the details panel. These characters are not visible in the custom field name in the Details Panels Settings.
Note - The extra character gets appended only when setting a custom field as Active in Details Panel Settings. However, the character disappears once the Required toggle is enabled for the custom field in Details Panel Settings.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to Administration> Details Panels Settings
• Choose your Portfolio and select Objective as the work item
• Create a new custom field or edit the existing custom field and turn on the Active toggle
• Navigate to Portfolio/Program Objective
• Open the details panel of any Objective
• Notice that the Custom Field label is appended with "0" at the end

Expected Results

Extra character "0" should not be appended to Custom Field label in Objective details panel when setting the field as Active in the Details Panel Settings

Actual Results

Extra character "0" gets appended at the end of Custom Field label for Objective work item in the details panel when setting the field as Active in the Details Panel Settings

Workaround

Currently the only option available is to mark the Custom Field as required in the Details Panel Settings. This will remove the extra character appended to the custom field label from the Objective's details panel.
