Ability to Cancel stories as a Bulk operation

      Issue Summary

      As a JiraAlign user, I should be able to cancel Stories in bulk, like we have the option to Mass Delete Stories. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to JA, and go to Story grid to list all the Stories
      2. Click on "More Actions -> Mass Move"

      Expected Results

      The "Mass Move", option should have the option to "Mass Cancel" Stories like it has the option to "Mass Delete"

      Actual Results

      No option to "Mass Cancel" stories.

      Workaround

      Required, if there is no workaround please state:
