The new 'Program Filters' feature of the Custom Room do not apply to other pages selected in the left side-bar.
It only works in the main custom room itself.
If you then try to use the Backlog, Roadmaps, or the Epics/Capabilities/Features lists (from the left side bar) then the filter disappears.

To make the most use of the new program filter of the custom room, it should have the following Acceptance Criteria

1. Given a user logged in to Custom Room (CR)
2. When a user selects a program filter in the Custom Room
3. Then the filter should persist when navigating through all menu options, and information should be filtered according to the selected Program Filter until it is cleared or changed within the CR

This would result in relocating the Program Filter to the Left side Menu panel, beneath Program Increment, instead of its current position within the CR.
