      Issue Summary

Health column data in the Status Report overwrites or displays incorrectly when editing Program Increments (PIs) in multiple tabs on Microsoft Edge.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create two Program Increments (PIs) in a portfolio: PI1 and PI2.
      2. Navigate to Reports > Status Report.
      3. Open PI1's health column in Tab 1.
      4. Open PI2's health column in Tab 2.
      5. Fill in the health parameters for both PIs in their respective tabs.
      6. In Tab 1, make edits to PI1's health parameters, then click Save and Close.
      7. Switch to Tab 2 and click on PI2.
      8. Observe that PI2 incorrectly displays the health parameters or data from PI1 instead of its own.
      9. Make additional edits to PI2's health column in Tab 2 and click Save and Close.
      10. Check the saved data for PI2 and notice that the incorrect data (from PI1) has been saved for PI2, resulting in a permanent mismatch.
This issue not only causes data display inconsistencies but also results in saving incorrect data, impacting the accuracy and integrity of the information.
