      The stored procedure RPM_GET_REQUESTS_LIST, used in the Features (load and grid), is experiencing significant performance issues, resulting in a slow loading (around 30s) for the Features page.

      To resolve this problem, we recommend reviewing the stored procedure and implementing optimizations to prevent it from being blocked.
