Status Reports are missing color legend

      Issue Summary

      Currently, there is no colour legend or way to describe the colours mentioned in the Status reports. Users have to hover over them to understand what the colors indicates. 

      It would enhance user experience if we have a color legend explaining them in the top of these reports.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Portfolio > choose a specific Portfolio > Reports > Status Reports.
      2. Choose any Epic displayed under the Portfolio Status.
      3. You will observe different colors based on the status of the child items.
