Issue Summary

Request to have a way to limit Jira Connector email alerts by error codes. As per the current design, we receive notifications each time Jira API Connection fails and we do not have an option/field to limit the alert notifications based on the error codes.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to Administration> Jira Settings> Jira Setup> Notification
• Setting 'Yes' to Allow Jira connection alert API calls and Alert when Jira API connection fails and adding the email address to Send alerts if Jira Align cannot connect to API will send notification to listed users every 60 mins until the connection is restored.

Expected Results

Request to have an option to limit the Jira connector alerts by error codes

Actual Results

As per the current design, we receive notifications each time Jira API Connection fails and we do not have an option/field to limit the alert notifications based on the error codes.
