Issue Summary

When using the new Program Filters feature in a Custom Room, if a filter  for one of more programs is enabled, then the URL seen in the browser bar shows details of the filter, however the Share/Copy Link button that is located next to the Program Filter button does not include the filter option for the programs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a Jira Align instance with the custom room program filtering enabled, open a custom room
2. Add a Program Filter and after it is applied the screen will refresh
3. Click the Share Link button next to the Program Filter button and click Copy link
4. Paste this link into a text editor and then compare the result with the URL displayed in the browser bar

Expected Results

The Share/Copy Link option should capture a valid link including the Program Filters (so should match what is in the browser bar when a Program Filter has been set)

Actual Results

The copied link omits the Program filtering so using it will just take you to a custom room with no filters applied

Workaround

If you need to share the Custom Room link with  Program filters applied, then copy it from the browser bar itself, don't use the Share/Copy link button
