Issue Summary

Users are able to delete a Key Result with the Objective even though their System role has the Objective-Delete permission toggle turned off. This is true in both Portfolio and Program level Objectives.

Steps to Reproduce

• Impersonate as a user who has System role with Objective-Delete permission toggle turned off.
• Navigate to either Program or Portfolio Objective.
• Open a objective’s Details slide-out panel, select Key Results from the bottom of the panel.
• Click the three dots icon to the right of a key result.
• Note that you are able to delete the Key Result by clicking on the Delete option in the list

Expected Results

System role with Objective - Delete permission toggle turned off should not allow to delete Key Results within Objectives.

Actual Results

System role with Objective - Delete permission toggle turned off still allows to delete Key Results within Objectives even though it does not allow to delete the objective itself.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
