Issue Summary

The Quick Toggles" tab is cut off in the Kanban board 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Kanban board
   1. Select Portfolios, Programs, or Teams in the top navigation bar and select the entity you want to set up a kanban board for.
   2. On the sidebar, select More items in the list of options.
   3. Select Kanban boards; than "Add board"
   4. Save & Close
   5. Click on View to view the newly created Kanban Board
2. Click on "Quick Toggles" Tab

The whole Toggles Tab will display in full

Workaround

Switch to the legacy view
