User Problem

To have external ideation user to be able to edit Ideas and add attachments

Customer would like to enable Attachments for External ideation user in Ideation. As well as allowing an external user to edit their idea that was submitted.

For attachments, we could see using the steps below that Attachment option is grayed out for External:

• Navigate to Jira Align Ideation page
• Click Setup on the top right
• Next to 'Ideation Form' drop-down, click on the gear icon
• Then click on Manage Ideation Forms
• In the Manage Ideation Forms page, notice the Attachments checkbox is grayed out for External

To have external ideation user to be able to edit Ideas and add attachments to their Ideas

Current Workarounds

Only internal ideation user can edit and add attachments currently
