Issue Summary

When updating solely Category field of an Objective it is not saving.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a given Objective in Jira Align try to update the Category field solely and save the Objective.
2. In the same Objective in Jira Align try to update the Category field and one other field.

Expected Results

The Category field to be updated even when solely changing that field.

Actual Results

You need to update another field with the Category for it to get updated.

Workaround

You need to update another field besides the Category to get it updated altogether.
