Background

Jira Align email notifications are hard-coded to include work item field values such as the Title and Description (when updated) which may contain sensitive or confidential data.

Sending emails with this type of data can pose a security risk or violate compliance standards for some customers.

Requested Functionality

Requesting ability to hide work item values from email notifications like Title or Description which can contain sensitive or confidential information... i.e. a toggle to disable inclusion of these field values in email notifications.

This would be applicable for all email notification types documented in Set up alerts and notifications.
